I'm usually hesitant to give a one star, but in this case it is truly earned. From the moment I placed my order, I have attempted to contact the company by both phone and email at least 10 times. My emails have gone unanswered and the phone lines are down. Very shady.
I placed my order Sunday afternoon and the first time I heard from them was Wednesday afternoon to let me know that they cancelled my order as they were out of stock. No apology, no 10% a future purchase... NOTHING! I had expected to have my item tomorrow so it's kind of a surprise after the money was already out of my account.
I highly recommend AVOIDING this company due to their lack of communication and stringing their customers along. The more research I do the more I find I am not alone in these complaints.
