Onsale is without a doubt the worst company I have EVER dealt with. Took orders and then did not return emails, nor did they answer phone calls. No communication on order for 4 days before I finally received a cancellation notice. 4 days with no contact is ridiculous, and unacceptable. If nothing else, they should have at least sent out a mass email, letting customers know they were having a stock issue and were trying to evaluate how many orders could be filled.
I also find it extremely unprofessional that they made comments on their facebook page regarding how if you "like" them that your order may take a higher priority.
Hundreds of people waited in limbo for days, with their money tied up in pending fees for it to just be cancelled 4 days later when we could have ordered elsewhere.
