This was, by far, the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I completed my purchase on amazon.com, received confirmation and my order was marked "ready to ship." All this time, onSale continued to sell the product. After my funds being on hold for 3 days and I missed the opportunity to buy a high demand item elsewhere, I received a cancellation from amazon (NOT onSale). My emails to onSale went ignored for a week before I received a form letter response. Upon responding to their message, I received the same form letter response. This company has refused to own up to their own mistakes and has blamed their software and the demand for the product for causing this situation. Even with out them making proper amends, I would feel much better about them as a company had they handled the situation better, by providing quicker updates and taking full responsibility for a colossal mistake.
