I ordered Nikon Coolpix camera that was on sale. They sent me an email that they do not have the item in stock so they will send as soon as they get it; the credit card won't be charged until they ship. Few days later, the seller sent me an email saying that it has shipped. However, the tracking number was not available.
The company is in Torrance. I live in Los Angles. It is about 15mils away. The invoice shows UPS. I waited few days and I finally picked up the phone to check the status. A lady answered the call. She told me that the order was cancelled and the payment was refunded. She explained to me that someone else ordered huge quantity before me and ran out of stock.
It all lie. The item had a quantity limit. I was fairly early one to place order. They told me they shipped charged my card and refunded. What a terrible time consuming experience. Never trust this company.
