AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! I would not buy any more products from this company ever again. I tried to purchase a radio from this vendor and got two defective radios. After the second defective radio I received, I had just wanted a refund back, which they would not grant. When I called them about this transaction, they called themselves 'doing me a favor' [exact quote from refund manager] by giving me a store credit for the money I had paid for the radio in the first place. This comment was made before he hung up on me.

Anyway, I had a very negative customer experience (including rude customer service) and would not recommend anyone to buy products from this company!!!!!

Also, I want consumers to really read through the complaints filed against this company and alleged 'resolutions'. I filed a complaint against this company and even though it might state that this issue got resolved, it really was not. I got a store credit because the company did not want to be bothered with this issue and did not want to grant a refund....even though I had to pay almost $300 extra in installation and shipping costs of the defective radios and the fact that the company did not want to bothered with my inconvenience. That store credit was my ONLY option and there was nothing extra given to me because of this problem. This company truly does not care about the satisfaction of its customers.
