I was a returning customer, which according to their site, meant I got preferred treatment, which was to get my stuff shipped the same day, they did not "ship" it until 7 days later, 7 days after that, no package, got on their website, it stated "shipping info received" by ups, and "shipped" by them. UPS did not have it, and neither did they. I started emailing first, no response, called on the 2dn day of my complaint process (now day 16), talked to 7 different SC reps, and got 3 Voicmails, even got hung up on once, and on the last call of that day, was guaranteed a supervisor would call me that day, no calls yet. The next day, called back, got transferred 3 times, and finally got someone who told me that it was shipped, however UPS had not gotten it....DUH, I knew this, thanks for the help. They never offered to re-ship it, upgrade the shipping, just stood there making dumb excuses as to why they have no idea what happened to my package, after much time, I finally told them to refund my money, cause obviously keeping a customer happy is not on their list of things to do. No one there knew what to tell me, I just kept getting transferred for 3 days, before finally demanding a refund, since they refused to re-ship, or upgrade the shipping. Here we are 2 days later, and I cant even get through to them, I get hung up on as soon as I say the order number, they do not respond to my emails, I don't think I will ever see my money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.UPDATE: After 3 days of telling them to cancel it, and refund my order, they shipped it out today, what part of refund my money do they not understand, now i have to wait for it to arrive, then call back and get a RMA, and you know i will be out money to ship it back. This place is unreal, i can not believe after me telling them to refund my money for 3 days, that they can ship it out and everything will be fine, they are dirty, tricky, un-cooth, and do not deserve anyone's business, go to sonixelectronics instead, prices are about the same, and the CS is much better, E-Bay is also better than this place, don't waste your time with them.
