I am so glad that I got in contact with Jeanie Tran in 2013
We re-financed and Jeanie did a fantastic job! I have dealt with other lenders but the whole process has been so time consuming and frustrating but Jeanie made it so much easier and had the answers to all of our questions.
Jeanie follows through. She called me this year and told me that the interest rates have gone down and she re-financed our loan again lowering the interest rate and reducing the term of loan from 30 years to 15 years.
