I too fell victim to the ruthlessness of Michael Franks the same way everyone else did. I was promised a refund of my $3500.00 but never saw a penny of it and then the calls stopped and as of November his phone number is no longer in service. However, I did report him to the FBI, Federal Trade Commission, BBB, Real Estate Attorney General. I don't know how he can just disappear but I hope that someone this dispicable is found. He even told me he went on vacation, with my money! Hopefully he is in jail or better yet, on the streets with not a penny to his name.
