Unless you want the absolute worst customer service possible and poor quality of doors and windows DO NOT waste a minute with this company. I ordered $7200 worth of doors and windows the end of June and am still waiting for the job to be finished.They said they would have them in 10 to 14 days. I am not kidding when I say the owner has set up 5 different appointments to get the job finished and I wait all morning and no one shows up. The also ordered the wrong sliding doors (3 of them) and the wrong french door. I am the one that noticed that the doors were wrong and the ones that they gave me were $1500 less than what I had paid for. How this company is even in business is a mystery to me. I have finally had it and just called the Better Business Bureau. The owner is absolutely clueless!
