We have used Oscco Landscape for our gardening services for over 4 years and have continued to be disappointed with their service, customer service, and professionalism. We recently cancelled their services, and the owner was extremely rude. The reasons we chose not to use this company any longer include (1)our neighbors found some of the gardeners going through our recycling bin paper by paper, (2)the owner refuses to repair items that the gardeners inadvertently break (such as drip lines and sprinklers), (3)they have increased their monthly fees and the quality doesn't justify the price. After cancelling their services, they didn't come to do the gardening the last week of the month for which we had already paid (and refused to refund us for services not provided). In addition, I had asked for the key to our back gate to be delivered prior to the end of April. Nobody brought back the key, and I had to call and ask for it multiple times. Finally, today they returned it after I spoke to the owner who rudely refused to return it and demanded that I pick it up at his office (after previously having assured me that I would have it before May). I would not recommend this company to anyone.
