This is one of the worst loan institutions I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They are a sham, completely ignorant of financial facts and do not what they are doing.
I signed the closing documents and now their telling make especially a Lee Holstein and Marc Allen that they don’t know if the loan will fund. My understanding is once the papers are signed at closing and neither party, the loan company nor the person applying for the loan, does not back out after three days the loan is a done deal. Well I was told by this alleged institution that was the case and the loan would be funded. So I did not make a payment to the former loan company and then a light went off and I checked and the butt heads had not funded the loan and was not sure they would. According to Allen and Holstein
I had to send in 200 dollars for subordination and then 1520 dollars for the title company and that has been crapped away as of now. I have excellent credit and complied with all request from Ovation Loans
Now they are avoiding my phone calls and now I am in the process of legal action if they don’t get off their high centers. If anyone wants to know anything else post here and I will answer asap.
