Awlful....
I recently purchase this tour for my parents during their stay in SF as a gift. However, I am very disappointed in how this whole thing carried out, and staffs are super rude and aggressive. When I initially filled out the form online for this trip I noticed
that they do the airport pick-up service. And in the travel agenda, the website NEVER TOLD ME to book a flight departing from SF after 9:30pm until the night before the trip I got an email saying "you must book a flight that leaves SF after 9:30pm" I was like
??.. However, When I was filling out the form for airport drop-off service, way before the travel voucher was issued, in the memo I wrote in "4:30 flight".After reading the email I called the customer service, the girl told me like "there's nothing we can
do". Because the last day the trip is driving from Las Vegas back to SF it arrives in after 430pm. She told me to cancel the trip. I didn't want to ruin my parents' mood so I decided not. She asked me to purchased 2 air tickets from LV to SF, so they can leave
from SF back to NY. So I payed $240 for the air tickets, which I wasn't supposed to if I knew I needed to leave after 9:30pm, even I wouldn't choose this tour at the first place. The reason I was furious is because even I wrote 4:30 pm for departing flight,
but the staffs still issued me voucher, no one questioned or called me saying we couldn't make it back to sf UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE THE TRIP. The girl who picked up my call told me that I didn't write my flight info in time so the whole thing got messed up was
my responsibility. I WROTE 4:30PM flight in the airport drop-off memo, what the hell else it was supposed to mean??!! And even so, no staffs called me or asked me saying like we needed more info like your airline etc if they have any concern. Because they
don't care!! they just charged me and proceed the vouchers regardless of what the situation was, even when I put down my departure flight time!!The girl kept telling me that I didn't have complete flight info but the voucher in red said so, then CALL ME for
more info. Last but not the least, I absolutely think that staffs need better manner... You don’t raise your voice to your customer or interrupt them while they are talking..that’s common courtesy and basic manner… I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone and want
to warn people to stay far from it! And you will be happy if you do.
