Business Cards Error - Printed so 3.5 Lines of text Ran Off Card - Nobody Noticed????

I set up online business cards double sided and they didnt print the image i supplied. They stated it was my fault that they cut off 3 and 1/2 lines. Anybody can see where words are cut in half with only the top showing is wrong but their setup man, production
man, packing man all didnt care enough to flag it so i got 3/4 of a card. After numerous conversations with customer service I hung up knowing im going to Vista Prints in the future. Blame me for their error and all the incompetent employees they have there
to let trash ship like they produced and shipped and wont replace. GO TO VISTA PRINTS instead
