THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!!!! DO NOT USE IT!!! AND PLEASE IF YOU ALREADY USED IT!!!! MAKE A COMPLAIN TO LOS ANGELES POLICE DEPT. AND DISTRICT ATTORNEYS OFFICE!!! THIS NEEDS TO STOP!!!! PLEASE SPEAK UP!!!!!.......I was quoted an estimate of $1080 for a certain amount of items to be shipped from San Diego, CA to New York, NY. When they picked up my stuff added four small boxes and a loveseat to then items original quoted. I spoke to NICOLE a staff member of the company before adding the items and I was told it was no problem. About a week later I get a call from MATT(MANAGER) saying that in order for them to ship my stuff I needed to pay $3400 which was the final price. Pretty much they are charging me $2400 for 4 extra boxes and a loveseat. If I decide to cancel the services they will charge me 75% of the $3400 to get my stuff back. That is ridiculous!!! If I do not pick up my stuff by a certain time I was told my items will be auctioned off IN A WEEK...THE MANEGERS NAME IS MATT AND THE OTHER GIRLS NAMES IS ANA...WE NEED TO CLOSE THIS COMPANY DOWN...FRAUD FRAUD!!!!!!!
