I had/ am having a terrible experience with this company. They were not at all flexible or helpful. I talked to them many times on the phone and ended up hanging up almost in tears because I was so frustrated. Unless you can absolutely commit to three weekends with certainty that you won't get sick or have an emergency, this is not the company to go through. If you are at all busy, are a student, have a job, or a family, I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I asked several times to talk to a supervisor and was never once connected to one. Terrible costumer service. I felt like all they wanted was my money.
