I recently upgraded to win 7 x64.
I contacted pcsecurity shield and asked what I had to do, to get a version of their software that was compatible with this version of windows.
They didn't respond to my emails.
I called them twice and talked to their Yogi support.
They stated they were transferring me to get a new link to download it from.
They transferred me to pc security shield.
Who's phone line said the office hours as if the place was closed, then disconnected me.
I called back and talked to yogi again.
Told them to verify I had a person on the phone this time and they said ok.
Then they did the exact same thing to me.
Their hours are 9 am to 9pm est.
I live in florida, est time.
I called well before their closed hours.
It has been 3 days now and I have still not received a responce from pcsecurity shield.
My brand new operating system has already been infected by a virus due to it.
Thank you pcsecurity shield for your "24 hour" promised maximum response time and the 3 day wait I have so long had to afford.
At the cost of a brand new and infected pc..
I will not buy your products again.
I had their product for over 2 years.
It caught virtually no viruses.
I would run it and it would say my pc is clean.
Then I would run something like MBAM and it would find 6 viruses..
This response time was the last straw.
