I licensed a computer with PC Security Shield Deluxe 2009 in November of 09. In March I started running into data base update errors and finally decided I'd better call them in April to identify the fix. That is when they informed me that they had abandoned the 2009 product! They were no longer supporting it. Even though the license is still valid! Instead they generously offer a discount on their 2010 product or a refund that amounts to 25% of what remains of the license. I see other posts here about performance issues. Add to that a company that will walk away from past products that are still valid in terms of licensing agreements. I would not recommend this company to anybody, ever. We'll see where this ends up but they went ahead and cut a credit without my asking once I said I wasn't prepared to give them more money. Unbelievable! How can this be legal. Too bad no stars isn't an option because that is what they've earned.
