I purchased my cover about a year ago its worked great ever since. I like it because the aluminum panels allow me to keep tools and other valuables in the bed of my truck and not have to worry about somebody being able to steal them. Sometime last week one of the rollers on the panel broke on me, I went on their website and sent them an email about it, and then I went on vacation when I had come back they had identified the item and sent out replacement parts at no charge to me. I have not installed the part yet but it seems very easy to do.
