I have been a customer of PHD Appliance Service for approximately 6 years now. I have an older model Kenmore washer/dryer set in my condo. My washing machine stopped working in 2005 and I contacted PHD for an estimate. Alex reviewed the cost breakdown with me and explained the service in full detail. Since he has many parts on stock, he was able to fix my washing machine on the same day.
A couple of months ago my dryer went out and I contacted PHD. He walked me through my options of just repairing the units vs. purchasing new. Again, I was extremely satisfied with pricing and the level of service. As a single woman living alone, I am hesitant to allow servicemen and vendors into my home. I call PHD whenever I have problems with any of my appliances. Alex is very professional and I highly recommend PHD.
