We called PBC and several other cleaning companies for a cleaning quote, everyone came and looked at our office saying we can clean this and that but little did anyone noticed we also made a couple of spoofs in our office to see if any of the cleaning companies would notice; the only one that noticed it was Pacific Building Care. They walked through and saw things we never even noticed and even the other companies didn't have the proper knowledge close to PBC. Everybody gave bids so low, they looked as if the pricing didn’t match fairly with the labor involved because we were not going to hire another poor cleaning service company again. Special target areas such as our bathrooms lacked so much attention from the prior cleaning company that they needed special attention more than ever. PBC the day they came in for a quote, they took a rag and showed us a lot of dirty grout areas from using dirty mops by the cleaning service we were using, little did we really bothered to see those areas. The knowledge alone PBC was hired the minute they walked in the door but once their service began, that’s where the changes really made the difference in the office. How many cleaning companies go to college to learn about cleaning? None of them do but PBC does. The time to learn the right cleaning aspects seriously makes a difference in people’s lives with proper cleaning. Don’t hire the lowest and cheapest cleaning service that’s all it is worth, dirty cleaning and dirty staff with it. I am really impressed with Pacific Building Care as our cleaning company for the last 3 years and they never charged us more than they quoted, I couldn’t be more happier.
