I was told by Pacific Choice that the leads sent to me were 1)pre-qual or qual for a loan, 2)do not have a Realtor working with them, 3)would be interested in speaking with me, 4)prospective buyers would be expecting my call. The prospective buyers that I was able to talk with, told me they had a Realtor, were in the process of getting a loan, some wonder where I got their name and number, I told them from Pacific Choice, they said they never heard of them and they hung up on me. Some already had a home in escrow. So the leads that I was promised from Pacific Choice has not lived up to the agreement I was told about from Kate Jackson of Pacific Choice. I do not recommand this company to anyone. I even asked for a refund because they did not live up to the agreement I was told it would be. They refuse to send me a refund. So, for you out there that think you will get prospective buyers as promised by this company, dont waste your money. I should of check their rating before I signed up. I did before writing this and this company has a C-. Do I need to say anything more.
