The product and the promises were great, until after they got their money. Our installation was in September 2009 and we are still trying to get the doors installed properly. The door installation is shoddy and after months of begging and pleading they came to our house today (Jan 25, 2010)to try to fix their mistakes (without an appointment) and left a bigger mess than before. I fear we have no recourse but to have someone else repair it correctly and take the matter to small claims court. They certainly are not living up to their promise of good customer service or a great installation crew. Don't trust the references!
The windows are nice (Anlin brand-can be installed by other dealers) and they did help with the A/C efficiency, but if you have a unique window keep an eye on how they frame it out. We had a trapazoid shaped window and they tried to take shortcuts to frame it out and it was wider on one end than the other....fortunately we were there at the time, unfortunately we didn't look the door installation over carefully as it was 9:00 pm before they left (on day 3)....watch everything they do very closely or better yet, go with another company!
