Terrible Company

This company is horrible. I'm surprised they're still in business! Initially, they give you an exorbitant price to see if you fall for it. If you don't, they come down in price and tell you not to tell anyone what your price is. I purchased three windows probably somewhere around 2006. The windows are called Magic Windows. They're made by a company in Ontario, Canada and are very good windows. I only bought three because I wanted to see if I liked them. At that time they offered to do another eleven windows for $5000.00 which I regret not taking them up on. I paid $3000.00 for the three I purchased.
They kept calling me to give me another estimate and a few years later I told them to come and give me another estimate which they did. This time the eleven windows were going to cost $15,000.
When I called to see if they would get the price down they told me that I was mentally ill because I couldn't make a decision. What they meant was I wasn't making the decision they wanted me to make. They called me, I didn't call them! The estimator who came to my house went back to the home office or wherever and told them that I was mentally ill. I talked to about three people there who told me I was mentally ill! That's a great way to acquire a customer! I guess they decided I'm mentally ill because I didn't want to go from $5K to $15K for the same windows. By the way, I contacted the Magic Windows manufacturer in Canada and learned that my windows (which have disappearing screens) are no longer available in the United States so now I'm on the hunt for a company that makes windows with disappearing screens. I certainly won't spend my money with Pacific Home Remodeling.
If you value your time and money, don't use this company.
