Pacific Island Logistics and Storage, Inc. Is a horrible company and I would not use this company if they were the last shipping company on earth.
They picked my belongings up in Jan. 2011 and I just received them today. June 10, 2011. Almost six months a half a year. I called them on a weekly basis to find out where my belongings were and they lied to me every time. They would say they were being shipped on Wednesday then I would call to confirm and oh they are going to be shipped on Saturday, so on Monday I would call to confirm, and I would get the run around. Tom once told me they were going to be shipped on April 27th 2011 and I said how can I believe you. He said he was giving me his word. I said how good is your word he said it was better than money. Well if his word is better than money, I'm a monkey hanging from a tree. It took the local news station here in Hawaii to get involved for them to ship our belongings and another families belongings. I have never dealt with a company with no customer service and who lied about everything coming out of their mouth. I beg anyone who reads this to pass them up in your hunt for a good moving company or shipping company. I have not even unpacked my belongings yet to see how much is missing or damaged. I am almost afraid to see what is in store for me. Thank you and I hope somewhere down the road that the owner of this company wakes up and starts to run his business the way it should be ran. With honesty and integrity. Without that his business is sure to fail.
