When I called this company to see about shipping our household items to Maui from California, they were very professional and helpful. The fellows that picked up our items were also very good. However, this is where good customer service ended. Our items were picked up April 8, 2011, and as of today, July 15, they still haven't arrived. As with other reviewers, I've gotten to the point where I can't believe what they tell me, as the story they give me changes each time I call, which I have done each week since June 1. The most frustrating thing about this company is that, for this entire week, I've called daily to see what the status is of our job, and all I get is voicemail and have to leave a message. I left messages each time I called and have yet to receive a return phone call.
