In my 7th month and also waiting

I have left numerous messages to learn about the status of my timeshare transfers. I have been told twice that the person with the answers is in a meeting. Promises that she will call me as soon as she is out of the meeting, were never fulfilled. Next,
I was told, twice, that she was on vacation and, as soon as she comes back, she will call me. This did not happen either. Then I was promised a call within 24-72 hours; I never got that call either. Now, I have been told that the team will call me back as
soon as they are out of a meeting. (Pattern is starting all over.) I have checked to make sure that my phone numbers on file are correct. They are. (I have also left my phone number on the message machines.) I have been informed by numerous employees whose
names I have, that they will personally call me back. That has never happened. What more can an individual do?
