Do your homework.

We enlisted this company to transfer our timeshare in June 2012. We had a contract that stated they would pick up our maintenance fees after 12 months. We promptly sent them the bill last month so they could pay it. It has not been paid and we will have to continue paying to protect our credit. They NEVER respond to emails and if you call, you never talk to the same person. They are experts at avoiding any contact with their CUSTOMERS. Any company that makes written promises and does not follow through should offer a refund or be taken to court. I hope this company gets it's day in court soon. Call this a rant if you wish. This company has driven me into this state of mind.
