Don't Use this company! They are scammers!
I rate this company ZERO! No stars! The stars made me click one but they deserve ZERO! Their customer service is horrible. I agree with several other comments on this website when they say the company doesn't call you back or respond to your emails; when
you call the line is busy or else "there is a large volume of calls today" and get sent to a full voice mail box. During the month of May 2013 I sent them an email every day telling them I was sending one everyday until someone responded to me. It took about
a week and finally someone did respond. I signed up with this company in October 2011 and was told it would take 90-120 days. Here it is over 730 days later and still not resolved. July 31, 2013, I was asked to resubmit all the original documentation I gave
them in October 2011. On August 1st, I responded to their email telling them before I resent everything I wanted to know what happened to my file. Here it is November 7th and I still have not been contacted by Pacific Transfer after numerous attempts to tell
me what happened to my file. I was told my case was in litigation and then in May 2013 I was informed my case was not part of the case in litigation. I was told not to pay my 2013 maintenance fees and send them the bill which I did in November 2012. January
31, 2013 I receive a statement from the Time Share showing my maintenance fees are past due and now I also have a late charge. I call Pacific Transfer again and they told me "that should not have happened and to send them this new statement". To make a long
story short, I paid the maintenance fees in August 2013 along with late fees, interest and collection agency fees for an additional $400 over and above the maintenance fee. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Sept 2013. The BBB had to contact
Pacific Transfer 2 or 3 times before they responded and their response had nothing to do with the complaint I sent. It didn't address any of my issues so I told the BBB I was not satisfied with their response and why and the BBB submitted the response to Pacific
giving them a deadline of October 31, 2013 to respond. Pacific Transfer didn't respond so the BBB closed out the case, there is nothing else they can do. Today I filed a complaint with the Attorney General of California. Someone on this website stated they
would be interested in filing a class action lawsuit, that may be something we should think about if no resolution from the Attorney General. The sad thing is this company is still scamming people and still selling timeshare transfer contracts and they need
to be stopped. I have requested of the attorney general to get my service fee for Pacific Transfer's services and the $400 extra in maintenance fees to be reimbursed to me. My contract "guaranteed me if they couldn't transfer my timeshare I would get a 100%
refund". That was the only reason I signed up with them and I plan to hold them to it! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO TRANSFER YOUR TIMESHARE!!!!!
