We have been dealing with them since July 2013. Same experience of other reviews. You can't talk to a supervisor. No one returns your calls. They ask for the same forms over and over. They don't even reply to emails. We were told we would close on our transfers by the end of the year. Now it looks like we will have to pay our 2014 maintenance dues. If we have to pay the dues, we might as well keep our timeshares. We own 3. Our original contract was with Right Choice Transfers, then we were dealing with Pacific Transfer, now we are dealing with In Less Time Closing. All they do is transfer our file to different company names (probably the same owners). Has anyone ever tried to cancel their contract with these people by disputing their credit card charge?
