Watch Out for this company! Please don't use!

I employed Pacific Transfer in the summer of 2012 to turn over a time share. At the time, (June 4, 2012), I was told that there are three steps to this process. Step 1: Title Clearance; Step 2: Recording; Step 3: Resort Notification. I was informed that each stage takes 8-12 weeks to process and that the total process can take one year to complete. The company told me that my paper work was received on July 27, 2012. I have been calling each month since. I was told in September of 2012 that the title clearance process had started. What is amazing to me is a 8-12 week process has now taken over one year to complete! YES, I am still in title clearance which is step 1 of the process. Each month that I call, I receive incomplete answers from the customer service agents with statements such as "I don't have access to your full account," or "I will have an expert call you back within 24 or 48 hours." Unfortunately, I have not received said communication. I struggle with what action to take next. I hired this company to help me with a process, not for me to manage a process along. This is the first time in my life that I have ever filed a complaint against a company. It is now February of 2014 and I have YET to receive any communication from Pacific Property Transfer! What is amazing is that in November of 2013, I realized that I had been scammed by this company so I started the process of turning of the time share with another company. I submitted all my paperwork by December 2013. By January 2014, I had already received confirmation that all of my paper work had been received and that the process to turn over the time share would be completed in 120 days! Any of you who are reading this let me give you the name of the new company that I went with. I am amazed by their services.
