UNETHICAL AND WORST PAINT JOB EVER! (NO STARS)

Ordered a painted bumper and when it arrived I was at a loss for words.
I have never received any order in such bad condition and their representatives or better yet.. customer disservice representatives are inept and no better.
C’mon.. OBVIOUS paint drips, bubbles and peeling paint on a part that “passed their stringent quality control process” shipped to a customer. If that isn’t a company in business to rip off their customers… I dont know what is!
PAINTNSHIP needs to change their name to PAINT RIP DRIP N SHIP! They are unethical and should be shut down!
Oh and their “fairly simple full refund process. Instead of physically returning we ask that you simply cut the item in half and send us a picture. Photo(s) must be received within 5 business days of this email or no refund will be given”, this is per their disservice department. Its a f…g joke and goes against their website statement .. “All of our painted car parts are backed by an extended 30-day return policy”… Hmnnn… Im pretty sure this is a gross breach of contract.
Just send someone to pick up your junk and give me a refund! Its as simple as that. Dont ask your customers to do your job and discard your possible hazardous junk…. ITS ILLEGAL!
