Please do not sign up with this company. They are a rip off. I signed up with them in August 2009 heard from our representative Keith every week while they were collecting their sign up fee. Then once their fee was paid never received a call. When leaving messages and requests for a call back never received those either. They collected our money and never made any attempt to contact our creditors. When we started receiving letters from attorneys threatening legal action I tried to get Pathway to intervene and assist nothing every done. We opted out of the program and negotated our credit cards ourselves. Also, a couple of the credit card carriers/and or attorneys said they will not negotiate with third parties. You are better off taking the money that you pay them to sign up, etc and negotiate with your creditors. Believe me they would rather work with you then Pathway.
