If you are having a hard time receiving a full refund from pathway, call 866-568-3983. Dial extension 901 for shalani chadsey or 915 for terrial cole. shalani is "director of operations" and terrial is the floor "manager". If you call them enough they'll give you a full refund. Telling them you'll contact your state atty general will definitely help speed up the process. You can also request to speak with the owner of pathway, peter poon, he's always on site. peter has a thick accent, so if the your peter doesn't, it's not peter.
