I've been in the real estate development and management business for over 25 years. My wife and I met Paul at an open house he was sitting. We knew right away there was something special about him. When we shared with him what we had in mind he was able to supply us with all the information we needed to know to begin to make a quality decision. Paul decided to think out of the box and showed us some homes we hadn't even considered and not long after we were in negotiations to buy. During the entire process Paul was an exceedingly capable and competent negotiator and counsel. We made our deal at a fair price and couldn't be more delighted with our new home. Throughout the process and to this day, many days past the close of escrow, Paul has been there to offer assistance and help us. I can only say that with Paul you are getting an advocate who not only knows the market and what's on the market but also a consummate professional.
