I purchased this product thinking maybe it wouldn't be as bad as other face products. Upon finally receiving my purchase there was nothing in the box except the 3 step solutions. I thought that was wierd, thinking there has to be facts, informaion about the product, anything and called the perfect skin company and they advised me they would send me out some exfoliation pads right away which I still have not received. I signed into my bank account today to find out they charged me for another shipment which I had not agreed upon for 65.89. I haven't even gotten to try the first box considering nothing was included in it. The reaction of them not caring and just advising me that the exfoliating pads were on there way and so was another shipment, was very dumb founding to me. I couldn't believe it and proceeded to advise them that I havent even tried the product, and only signed up for the trial and not Continuious shipments. I said I wanted to cancel my order and didn't even want to try for all the hassle of getting charged and for what, nothing. They advised me to put returned merchandise product numbers, which I was advised to write on the first shipment box and the second shipment box and to go to a postal office and get this, pay shipping for the returning of my shipments. I am completely dissatisfied with the way they handled me as a customer who was just trying out their product. I would not recommend this to anyone ever!
