I attempted using this company to take care of my family loan modification since the bank wasn't working with us. I was hesitant on using them after a little research and should have stuck with my gut feeling, but wasn't much reviews of this company on the internet. BBB rates this company a F and they fought the reason but that F describes this place to the tee. Used the company and after 9 mos of run around with the bank, they got me to the Foreclosure Door with their "coaching". To top it off, they were paid $3150 by our family and since we are removing them due to failure, they are not sticking to their Agreement with full refund. I highly recommend in your desperate measures to save your home to NOT use this company. No return of phone calls or emails since I've requested my refund. I am writing this to help other families not fall folly to this company scheme. Bianca Banales, Lisa Dominguez and whoever else you may receive a phone call from, HANG UP!! Don't Send them a Dime of your Money!! I am awaiting CA Attorney General response to get this company shut down! No family should be abused due to their hard times and these people will add to your problems!
