This company is TERRIBLE!!

They are suing me for a FRAUD case that happened to me in 2007! They waited until the last day of the statute of limitations ran out to file. By then I no longer even had the paper work necessary to fight it. I asked them repeatedly for the discovery, but they wont send it. All they send is one page with the old account number on it. I am unemployed now after just losing my job, and my house is in foreclosure, but they don't care. I already proved my case a long time ago, and still they continue harassing me. Then the topper is they filed for a trial date on my birthday of all days! They are horrid!
