I recently placed an order with ETC and found my experience with them to be extremely unpleasant. My order was a gift and was not delivered by the date promised on their website. There was never any indication from ETC that there could be a delay even though they were provided information from their shipping company that delays were possible and were given the specific dated effected. I find their customer service to be very unhelpful, stating only that it was not their fault and blaming the shipping company for the late delivery. I would take caution to read all the fine print prior to ordering anything if you need it delivered by a specific time, as I did not and apparently should have.
