Ordered lighting accessories from his other business, photography lighting company. Received confirmation that it had been shipped and my credit card was charged. When it did not arrive on the promised date I used the shipping confirmation to track the package and found that it had not been picked up. When I contacted Mr. Moyer to find out the status he responded a couple hours later and said the package was ready to be picked up today, the day it was to arrive. I will be traveling and not available to receive the package and asked if I could pick it up while in California, he stated that he did not offer customer pickup. I asked if it could be expedited and he stated that it could for additional money. I would not trust much of the correspondence from this company. He filled out the shipping info so he could charge my card and either does not have the product or lacks organization enough to actually follow through on shipping something til reminded by the customer. He offered to cancel the order and a refund which I accepted but have not yet received.
