I purchased a used grand piano from Piano Emporium in December. I had been looking for the perfect piano since September and had visited showrooms in several cities. Finally, I found the perfect match! Piano Emporium answered all my questions, worked with me on pricing, delivered my piano free of charge, and even moved it around the room until I was happy with its placement! I am exceedingly happy with my purchase and also with the service I received. Shane called me within a couple of weeks to be sure I was pleased with the piano, and when I voiced a small concern he came right out a few days later and took care of the issue. I could not be happier with the experience of buying from Piano Emporium or with the piano itself.
