Where is Pinnacle-MIA

I have been searching for Pinnacle ever since I sent them $8,000 to purchase gold and silver to add to my retirement and they are MIA. The phone number listed on their website is "not in working order" and the people I dealt with to purchase my diamond
from are apparently a figment of my imagination. Does anyone know how to contact them??? THANK YOU~
