Do not live here. The buildings are poorly constructed, the staff are uncaring and use questionable business practices. Our floors are uneven and squeak. Most of our windows don't open. Management is combative and unresponsive to questions and concerns.
We were quoted a renewal rate higher than advertised move in rates. Management does not care about the safety and wellbeing of their tenants. $1630.00 for a 2 bedroom apartment. You will not receive the luxury they advertise. Take the advice of someone who
lives in Pinnacle Sonata, do not live here. Save yourself the frustration.
