I am totally satisfied with this companies business, customer service and their products. I am shocked that they have a poor rating with the BBB, and am doing my part to counteract that rating.
I believe that they have that rating in part because the mega Food industry wishes to keep such companies from taking off and thus, keeping the positive exposure to a minimum.
They are really striving to make healthy living a part of our lives in a world where mass produced foods (mostly unhealthy and genetically altered) are the norm for corporate and government profiting.
Their customer service has been outstanding in seeking customer satisfaction, and they have done an extraordinary job at making sure I am a satisfied customer. They have been a delight to work with in setting up a gift of monthly healthy food to my daughter, and have been timely and have sent fresh, high quality foods.
Their web site could be a little bit more user-friendly in making orders and gifts more easy to do, and should focus more on word-of-mouth methods for spreading their great products and services.
Planet Organics is a great company and we need more of them.
