This business is dishonest. We had a contract for a kitchen counter with a 6" backsplash. After conversations with several people, where the story changed, the salesperson, Army or Arvis, stated that my brother had approved a 4" backsplash. He said it would cost close to $800 to change the contract and do a 4" backsplash.
I okayed him installing the 4" backsplash under the provision that IF MY BROTHER DID NOT CONFIRM WHAT HE SAID, THEN PLANET STONE would install the 6" backsplash at no extra charge. My brother DID NOT confirm the conversation and in fact said it didn't happen. Planet Stone is now demanding $700 to remove the 4" backsplash, and install the 6" backsplash. I am flabbergasted that any establishment would do business in such a dishonest way. I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE. It is not trustworthy.
