I a very skeptical person by nature. I did not want to go forward with PlanetHospital after reading so many horrific complaints and issues. So instead of talking to former patients I spoke to the hospitals and all of them had great things to say about
PlanetHospital. Plus, I did not pay Planet hospital a penny, I paid the hospital and the hospital paid them so I do not know how these people lost their money and stuff, does not make sense to me. Like I said I am very skeptical. My only complaint is that
I am not very computer savy and I found their ways of sending forms and stuff to be very complicated. The hospital in Costa Rica was amazing and spectacular though and I was very well looked after. I know some of you will look at these bad reviews the same
way that I did but this is a good company in my books. They belong to the Better Business Bureau, they do not ask for money, and they really worked hard to make us feel happy. I met another PlanetHospital customer on the day that I was leaving and they too
were telling me how they were nervous at first but I was happy to tell them that Planet Hollywood was good by us.
