I recently completed a refinance with Platinum Funding, and came away feeling extremely satisfied with the level of service and genuine integrity Platinum provided. The refinance market was very busy during my processing time, but that did not prevent Platinum Funding from exceeding my expectations by assisting in the funding of my loan within 3 weeks! That probably isn't the norm during busy times, but I get the sense that Platinum Funding will do what it takes to keep the ship moving as quickly as possible. Tiffany and the rest of the crew were very professional and service oriented...It was a real pleasure completing this loan with Platinum Funding!
