i have heard some interesting things about this company as far as unanswered calls and unreturned emails but the few people i have talked to that use the product all say that it works. so i ordered the product myself (expecting to wait longer that the projected 2 weeks) and the product is wonderful. it does everything it says it will do. im not surprised the product is always on backorder, its a wonderful product. i did wait about 4 weeks to receive it but it is well worth the wait and i will definitely order it again.
