This company is presently working on my home, and I am disappointed in their work. On bathroom remodeling, they promised and then failed to provide us with a design before building; they promised us that everyone who works with them is an employee of the company, but it seems instead that many are independent contractors that they don't do a good job of supervising, they failed to follow simple instructions on what we wanted, even though we gave them our own drawings and talked them through it repeatedly. This is a simple job -- nothing complicated -- but they seem incapable of doing it without my husband and I spending many hours supervising them and pointing out the many mistakes that they make and then have to fix. All in all, it has been a frustrating experience for us. I wouldn't use them again.
