My son rented from these people while stationed in 29 Palms on short notice. Had the place professionally cleaned 2 weeks before moving out and cleaned himself upon leaving. Also had carpets professionally cleaned. Still charged $125 in cleaning fees upon
leaving. Preying on our military boys cause they have a paycheck? Low as they come! Document EVERYTHING if you must rent from these rip offs!!!!
