Plaza Realtors of 29 Palms does not maintain a high level of professionalism, in my opinion. There were numerous occasions when the staff will show up at the residence being managed without notice. Concerns expressed to the clerks are treated with disregard and the staff immediately adopts a defensive stance rather than concern for the client.
Additionally, PR 29 Palms often moves tenants into dirty homes. This is also reflected by numerous online reviews. It is common for military moving to 29 Palms on military orders to not have ample time to look around for homes. Additionally, the town of 29 Palms is very small and they isn't a lot to choose from. In my opinion, Plaza Realtors of 29 Palms takes advantage of the Marines and Sailor not having the luxury to have the upper-hand on home shopping. PR of 29 Palms will have no problem placing a military family in a dirty home and then bill you for cleaning and steam cleaning in the end even though the home was filthy to begin with.
In my opinion, Plaza Realtors of 29 Palms is doing a severe injustice to the military in the small town of 29 Palms. Hind sight is 20/20; therefore, if I had to do it all over again, I would have never done business with them.
